一、宿迁市简介

宿迁地处江苏省北部，1996年7月设立地级市。总面积8524平方公里，总人口585万，是著名的“名酒之乡”“水产之乡”“花木之乡”和“杨树之乡”，拥有项王故里、中国酒都、水润之城“三张名片”。

宿迁是一座历史悠久、底蕴深厚的城市。5万年前“下草湾人”在此择水而居、繁衍生息。两千多年前，西楚霸王项羽出生于此。乾隆皇帝六下江南曾五次驻跸于宿迁，称赞为“第一江山春好处”。

Introduction to Suqian

Suqian, situated in northern part of Jiangsu Province, was approved to be a prefecture-level city in July 1996. Covering 8,524 square kilometers with a population of 5.85 million, it is renowned for producing fine liquor, breeding aquatic products, planting flowering plants and poplar trees.It boasts “three honorary titles”— The Hometown of Overlord Xiangyu, the Wine Capital of China and the City of Water.

Steeped in history and cultural heritage, Suqian boasts a harmonious blend of natural beauty and urban vitality. Nestled between Hongze Lake and Luoma Lake, and traversed by the Grand Canal and the ancient Yellow River, it stands as China’s only prefecture-level city with the distinct "Two Lakes, Two Rivers" geography. Water bodies account for 24% of its area, complemented by a forest coverage rate of 29.88% and an urban green space coverage of 45%. Granted the honor as a National Ecological Garden City and China Habitat Environment Award, Suqian exemplifies sustainable living. Its modern transportation network—featuring cross-regional high-speed railways, expressways, and the bustling Suqian Port along the Grand Canal—enhances connectivity across eastern China.

A city of civility and integrity, Suqian ranks among China’s top model cities for social progress. It secured first place in the National Civilized City evaluation and maintained the highest social civilization index in Jiangsu Province for years. As a pioneer in China’s social credit system, it now ranks fifth nationally in urban credit monitoring. 二、宿迁学院简介

宿迁学院坐落于享有“第一江山春好处”美誉的江苏省宿迁市，成立于2002年，学校一度被誉为“全国闻名的高校新星”。2020年，经教育部批准，学校转制为省属公办本科高校。2023年，学校顺利通过教育部本科教学工作合格评估。

学校现有工学、文学、理学、艺术学、教育学、管理学、经济学、法学、农学等九大学科门类，设有经济管理学院、信息工程学院、机电工程学院、生物与材料工程学院、建筑工程学院、数理学院、教师教育学院、艺术与传媒学院、外国语学院、马克思主义学院、体育学院等11个二级学院，53个本科专业，全日制在校生1.7万余人。

学校坚持人才强校，现有专任教师近1000余人，入选“国家高层次人才特殊支持计划”、省“突出贡献专家”“333工程”“青蓝工程”“双创博士”培养人选等200余人次。

Introduction to Suqian University

Suqian University (SQU), located in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, was founded in 2002. It is a comprehensive provincial public university.

The university offers nine major disciplines: engineering, literature, science, art, education, management, economics, law, and agriculture. It provides 53 undergraduate programs and enrolls over 17,000 full-time students.

四、学费和杂费（人民币）Tuition and Fees（CNY）

1.报名费：300元/人

2.学费：13000元/年

3.住宿费：1500元/人/年【双人间公寓】

Accommodation:CNY 1,500 per year(double-occupancy room)

4.教材费：800元/人/年

Course Materials: CNY 800 per year

5.综合医疗保险：800元/人/年

6.体检费：300元/人/年

Health Check-up: CNY 300 per year

7.签证费：400元/人/年

Visa Fee: CNY 400 per year

五、奖学金与资助Scholarships and Financial Support

1.留学生校长奖学金：被录取的学生可以申请留学生校长奖学金，每年可获得14,500元人民币奖学金。

Scholarship from the University President for International Students:Admitted studentsmay apply for this scholarship, which offers an annual award of CNY 14,500.

2.优秀国际学生奖学金：被录取的学生在入学后可以申请“优秀国际学生奖学金”，每位学生每月可获得600-1000元人民币的奖学金。

Scholarship for Outstanding International Students:Admitted students may apply for this scholarship after enrollment, receiving a monthly award of CNY 600 to 1,000.

3.校内勤工俭学：学生可以申请校内勤工俭学岗位，符合条件的勤工俭学学生每年可获得1000至2000元人民币的补助。

On-campus Work-Study Positions:Students may apply for on-campus work-study positions. Eligible students will receive an annual stipend of CNY 1,000 to 2,000 based on their performance.

注意事项/Notes

①如因个人原因转学，所有奖学金和助学金必须退还。

Students transferring to another institution for personal reasons shall reimburse all scholarships and grants awarded during their enrollment.

②如因个人原因退学，将不再享受各类奖学金，并且必须退还当月已领取的优秀国际学生奖学金。

Students who withdraw from the university for personal reasons shall forfeit eligibility for all scholarships and are required to repay any funds disbursed under the ‘Scholarship for Outstanding International Students’ program in the month of withdrawal.

六、申请条件Application Requirements

1.申请人需为非中国籍公民，持有有效护照。中国大陆、香港、澳门和台湾的原始居民必须持有有效外国护照或国籍证明满4年（含）以上，并且在最近4年内（即入学年份8月31日之前）有在国外实际居住满2年的记录（每年在国外实际居住9个月可算作一年，以出入境签章为准）。

Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and hold valid passports. The original residents of mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan must have held a valid foreign passport or proof of nationality for 4 years or more. They must provide proof of actual residence abroad totaling at least two years within the four-year period preceding August 31 of the enrollment year. Residence of nine months or more in a calendar year is counted as one full year, verified by passport entry/exit stamps.

2.身心健康，品行端正，无犯罪记录。

Applicants must be in good physical and mental health, possess good moral character, and have no criminal record.

3.申请入学年份8月31日前完成高中学业并持有高中毕业证书。

Applicants must have completed high school and hold a high school diploma by August 31 of the intended enrollment year.

4.汉语水平需达到HSK四级或相当。

Applicants must demonstrate Chinese language proficiency at HSK Level 4 or equivalent (e.g., through standardized tests or prior education).

5.年龄在18岁至25岁之间（入学报到时）。

Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 25 at the time of enrollment.

七、申请材料Required Documents for Application

1.《宿迁学院来华留学生入学申请表》；

2.护照首页；

Copies of the passport’s bio-data page

3.最高学历证书扫描件和加盖原所在学校公章的成绩单扫描件，中、英文以外文本需附经公证的中文/英文译本；

Scanned copies of the highest degree/diploma certificate and original official transcripts bearing the official seal of the issuing institution.Documents in other languages except Chinese and English are required to be translated into Chinese and English and notarized.

4.汉语水平考试（HSK）成绩单，有效期需在两年以内；

Valid HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) score report issued within the past two years.

5.《外国人体格检查表》，有效期为6个月，申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查，缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医生和医院签字盖章、无检查日期的《外国人体格检查表》无效；

Foreigner Physical Examination Record (valid for 6 months). The examination must strictly comply with all items specified in the form. Incomplete forms, missing photos, photos without an overlapping security stamp, or lacking signatures/stamps from both the physician and hospital will be rejected.

6.原所在学校出具的在校无违纪证明；

Disciplinary Clearance Certificate issued by the applicant’s previous educational institution.

7.无犯罪记录证明，有效期需在6个月以内，中、英文以外文本需附经公证的中文/英文译本；

Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) issued within the past 6 months.Documents in other languages except Chinese and English are required to be translated into Chinese and English and notarized.

8.白色背景证件照片（35mm×48mm）；

Two recent passport-style photographs (35mm×48mm, white background).

9.个人简历、获奖证书（复印件）等；

Personal resume (CV) and notarized copies of awards/certificates, if applicable.

10.自我介绍视频（2-3分钟中文自我介绍）；

A self-introduction video for 2 to 3 minutesin Mandarin Chinese (MP4 format, clear audio/video quality).

11.经济担保证明（银行开具）；

Proof of Financial Capacity (e.g., original bank deposit certificate showing a minimum balance ofCNY10,000 for one academic year).

12.根据情况学校可要求申请者提供补充材料。

The University may request additional documents at its discretion.

备注：以上复印件在开学报到时需提供原件。

Note: All submitted copies must be presented in original for verification during enrollment.

八、申请流程Application Procedure

1.在宿迁学院留学生招生与教育信息网（网址：https://isae.squ.edu.cn/）首页找到“入学申请”链接，在线填写“宿迁学院来华留学生入学申请”。

Find the 'Admission Application' link on the homepage of Suqian University International Student Admission & Education Information Portal (Website:https://isae.squ.edu.cn/), and complete the 'Application Form for International Students of Suqian University' online.

2.将相关申请材料发送至邮箱：admission@squ.edu.cn（邮件主题填写申请人中文名）。

Submit required application documents to

admission@squ.edu.cn(Please use the applicant's Chinese name in Chinese characters as the email subject).

3.学校初审。

The University will conduct document review.

4.参加宿迁学院组织的面试或笔试。

Attend the interview or written examination administered by Suqian University.

5.等待录取结果。

Await the official admission decision.
